Galvanic nickel plating is a proven surface treatment of parts, in which we apply a thin final layer of nickel using an electrochemical process to the previous underlying layers of copper. Nickel plating increases resistance to corrosion and wear and at the same time improves the appearance of the products.
We provide galvanic nickel plating in two versions – glossy and matte, according to customer requirements and the technical specification of the parts.
Shiny nickel plating
Shiny nickel plating is mainly intended for decorative purposes. It creates a smooth, high-gloss surface with an attractive appearance and good corrosion resistance. It is used for visible and design metal parts.
Matt nickel plating
Matt nickel plating has a smooth, even surface without shine. It is suitable for technical and functional parts, where durability, precision and an unobtrusive appearance of the surface are important.
We carry out galvanic nickel plating according to the individual requirements of the customer and the technical specification of the supplied parts. We adapt the type of nickel plating, the thickness of the layer and the resulting appearance of the surface so that it meets the functional and aesthetic demands of use.
We perform nickel plating mainly for serial production with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and repeatability of the process.
