KNK zamac, cooperative society is a private company whose main activity is production of furniture fittings and technical castings made of zinc–alloy Zamak5( by pressure die-casting) and surface treatments of zinc castings, such as tumbling, lacquering, color & powder coating and galvanic coating.
The company was established in 2013 after division of KNK, cooperative society that has been present in the domestic and foreign market since 1993.
20 years o experience in pressure zinc die-casting and finishes enabled the company to reach high quality o products that have been distributed into various countries of the world.
Company’s main strategy is to distribute high quality products which fulfill even the most difficult customer’s requirement at a good price in shortest delivery time. Since the first day, the company has aimed its attention into development and innovation in order to establish a strong position in the European and world market.
Satisfied customer, quality, innovation, ecology, improvement of production process and establishment of business-personal relationships are main company’s goals.
The basic material used in production is zinc-alloy (Zamak5) which is machined manually (grinding, polishing and trimming) followed by surface treatment (tumbling, lacquer and color coating, powder coating and galvanic coating – Cu, Ni, Nimat, Niblack, Cr, Crmat, Ms, Patine).
The company can provide “all in house” production – from design of the tool to dispatch of the goods.
