Galvanic chroming is done in a fully automatic PLC Simatic controlled hanging line, during which chromium is excreted from the electrolyte onto the surface of a magnetically conductive material such as steel, zinc (the zinc alloy we use for pressure casting is ZAMAC5) on which previous base layers of nickel, acid copper and cyanide copper have been applied.
